Coenzyme Q10 improves angina symptoms
[Coenzyme q10 in complex therapy of patients with ischemic heart disease].
Study limits isolated effect
We assessed the effects of coenzyme Q10 on patients suffering from ischemic heart disease, specifically those experiencing stable class II-III angina. In our study, we added coenzyme Q10 at a dosage of 60 mg per day for eight weeks to the standard treatment regimen these patients were already following.

The results showed that this addition significantly improved the clinical status of the patients. Importantly, we did not observe any clinically significant side effects associated with the use of coenzyme Q10. This suggests that it could be a beneficial adjunct therapy for individuals dealing with chest pain related to cardiac issues, enhancing their treatment experience without additional risk.

Muscle pain
I experienced muscle pain after about a week. It felt like all my muscles ached. I stopped for 2 weeks, and the pain subsided. However, it returned when I started taking it again. This is very disappointing.

Cholesterol lowered
Works well. RYR lowered my cholesterol by 30 points. Statins cause me leg pain, so I refuse to take them. I combine this product with diet and exercise. There’s no need for statins.

Leg cramps
Didn’t suit my husband; he was prescribed it by a nutritionist. Although it aimed to reduce dyslipidemia, leg cramps and pains returned with use. The nutritionist discontinued the recommendation.
